[AWA Enterprises Softball Club]
Old ballplayers never die,
they just go on the Disabled List.
  It's over.

After 26 seasons, the
AWA Enterprises Softball Club
has finally called it quits.

We just got too damn old.

According to the you are visitor # Hit Counter by Digits to come through the turnstiles. Wow! It's a sellout!!

Grab a beer and welcome to the dugout!

It was a great run, but after 26 memorable years (1975-2000), the AWA Enterprises Softball Club finally closed out its scorebook.

Starting out as a bunch of young friends and family coming together to play some recreation softball, we ended it as life-long brothers with loads of memories. Whether we were winners or losers, it was always great fun. Thanks to everyone who made AWA softball so special.

So what we have now is what I guess you would call an on-line AWA Softball Encyclopedia. What was I going to do? Write a book? (Oh, I did.) Regardless, this site will continue to exist as a place for new friends to explore and old friends to reminisce. Don't worry about some dysfunctional links or missing pictures or items. This whole site is being revamped so it's a work in progress right now..

Meanwhile, if you're looking to see what those old retired guys are doing now, check out the AWA Golf Association portion of this website. Yeah, it's hard to keep an old ballplayer down.
